You can grow in two methods

A) Sprouting method (on water), use the SPERLI sprout growing kits

  1. Spread the seeds over the grid of the growing container.
  2. Place the growing container in a bright place without direct sunlight.
  3. Rinse 2 to 3 times a day until harvest.
  4. You can store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator for several days.
  5. Sprouts must be rinsed again before consumption.

B) Microgreen method (in the soil)

  1. Sow the seeds in the open ground or in a pot.
  2. Cover them with a thin layer of soil and water.
  3. Sow seeds close together, as microgreens remain small.
  4. You can already harvest after 1 to 3 weeks!
