You can grow in two methods
A) Sprouting method (on water), use the SPERLI sprout growing kits
- Spread the seeds over the grid of the growing container.
- Place the growing container in a bright place without direct sunlight.
- Rinse 2 to 3 times a day until harvest.
- You can store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator for several days.
- Sprouts must be rinsed again before consumption.
B) Microgreen method (in the soil)
- Sow the seeds in the open ground or in a pot.
- Cover them with a thin layer of soil and water.
- Sow seeds close together, as microgreens remain small.
- You can already harvest after 1 to 3 weeks!
