Friendly Flowers Attractive to Butterflies
Enough flower seeds for a sowing area of 15 m2.
In the first year you will have a real flower festival in your garden. In order to be able to enjoy them fully in the following years, let the flowers bloom completely. In this way the flowers form the seeds for the following year and many annual flowers reseed themselves. The following spring you will again have a variety of colorful flowers for the bees. For an even better result, cut the biennial plants to about 10-15 cm above the ground in October.
Sowing time: March - June
Flowering time: 6-8 weeks after sowing. The biennial flowers will bloom in the following spring.
Sowing instructions:
The flower mixture box contains 2 bags. One bag is filled with a sowing medium (corn cob granulate), the other bag with the flower seed mixture of annual and biennial flowers. Empty both bags into a bowl and stir well.
Make sure that the soil where you want to sow the flowers is about 3-4 cm deep and well raked. Sprinkle the flower seed mixture from the bowl as evenly as possible over the soil, about 3-4 grams per m2. After sowing, lightly press the soil (e.g. with a board) so that the seeds come into good contact with the soil.
Spray the sown area carefully and keep moist until the seeds germinate.
