Kale is in the spotlight as a superfood'. 'Redbor F1' is a very productive variety with upright curled leaves with sturdy stems that are easy to harvest. The plant is suitable for autumn and winter cultivation. The plants are 70-90 cm high and the leaves have the most beautiful, intense deep red color of all red kale varieties. The color and flavor are especially enhanced by cold weather, as with all kale varieties.

Kale likes a fertile, well-fertilized soil with sufficient organic matter. For good growth, it can be wise to fertilize the plants several times during the cultivation with an organic fertilizer.
