Place asters on a different spot in the garden every year to prevent diseases. Remove the dead flowers during flowering, the aster will bloom considerably longer.

Sow the aster seed mixture under glass from mid-March to mid-April, or sow directly outside in a seedbed from mid-April to mid-May. 5-6 weeks after sowing, transplant the asters outside.
