Alyssum (Lobularia)

Lobularia or Sweet Alison is a low creeping plant that is excellent as a ground cover for borders. Alyssum likes sun, needs little water and does very well even in poor soil or in the rock garden. Alyssum is available in different colors.

Alyssum produces abundant flowers with honeyed scents and attracts butterflies. Ideal for brightening up walls, roadsides and rocks. Alyssum continues to bloom into autumn.

Alyssum is beautiful to combine with Aubrieta, Campanula muralis and Forget-me-nots.
