Sowing: in the period April-May. Sowing earlier increases the chance of bolting (the crop coming into bloom), which greatly reduces the quality of the root. Carrots sown earlier also have a shorter shelf life. Sow in deeply loosened soil. Sow in rows or rows 30-40cm apart and 6-8cm apart. Press them slightly into the ground so that they are covered with approx. ½ cm of soil. Keep the soil moist during cultivation.
Harvest: in the period October-November.
