Pentecost tubers, or parsnips, used to be a main ingredient of the hot meal, later supplanted by potatoes and carrots. The tubers resemble carrot, but have a white color. Note: in sunny weather: contact with the plant can cause burns.
Sow in situ from April to mid-May. At a row spacing of 35 cm, thin out the plants in the row to 10 to 15 cm.
