How do you grow chickpea sprouts?

  1. Soak the seeds in water overnight.
  2. Spread the chickpeas over the grid of the growing container.
  3. Place the growing container in a bright place without direct sunlight.
  4. Rinse 2 to 3 times a day until harvest.
  5. You can store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator for several days.
  6. Sprouts must be rinsed again before consumption.
