Sowing

Sow the Cosmea seeds from mid-March to mid-April in a greenhouse or from mid-April to the end of June outside in the garden. Sow in slightly moist soil. Cover the seed with ½ cm of soil and press lightly. After emergence, thin out plants growing too close together until they are 30 cm apart. Make sure the soil remains sufficiently moist. Cosmeas love the sun.

Flowering period

Cosmea blooms from July until frost.
