Okra Cajun Delight F1 are strong plants bred to grow in cooler climates produce full-flavoured pods. Stir-fry to retain pod structure or casserole in dishes to release their unique 'sticky' texture.

Recipe Tip: Slice and cook over a slow heat with tomatoes, onions, garlic, a drizzle of vinegar and season with a dash of Tabasco. Can be eaten cooled or used in Gumbos. Mix a thick batter of cornmeal, egg and seasoning, use to coat sliced okra, deep fry until golden.
