Parijse Broei or Parisse Markt is a round summer carrot. However, the carrot variety can also be grown under glass in early spring and late autumn.

Sowing

Sow Parisian market carrot seeds from mid-March to early July. Later, thin out slightly at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Cover the newly emerged plants with insect gauze against attack by the carrot fly larva. Keep the soil moist during the growing period.

Harvesting

Parisian Market roots can be harvested approximately 2-3 months after sowing. The later in the season, the faster they can be harvested.
