Customer Service



It is possible to return products within 14 working days after delivery. It is important that the product is complete, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Returned products which do not comply are not eligible for refund.

Before you send back a product, you must be in the possession of a RMA number. Request a RMA number from our customer service, stating the reason. Some products like custom-made products cannot be returned, see the exceptions below for more information.

Transportation costs and risks for returning the products are for your own account.



Products which are manufactured according to specific demands of the customer, such as custom-made goods, products which have a clearly personal nature, or products ordered specifically for a customer cannot be returned.

Returning step-by-step plan

Would you like to return a product? Then please proceed according to the steps described below. In this way we can handle your request as quickly as possible.

  1. Send an email to our customer service with a request to return (part of) your order, stating the reason.
  2. You will receive a confirmation that your request is received.
  3. Once your request is accepted, you will receive a RMA number and instructions about how to send back the products. 
    You need to send back the products within 14 days after receiving the RMA number.
    Caution! Shipments without a RMA return number will not be accepted.
  4. After receipt of your shipment, you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail.
  5. The product will be replaced or refunded within two weeks, depending on your desire and reasons.

If you have any complaints about the quality, visible defects and/or shortages, please read warranty and quality first.
