If you use internet-banking at one of the major Dutch banks, you can pay your order using a safe electronic payment method. Payment with iDEAL is like a PIN-payment in a regulare store. After placing your order, choose iDeal as payment method and select a bank. You will be redirected to the website of your own bank and you can just follow the same procedures you are accustomed to as normal while banking. In principle the payment will be processed the same day.


Creditcard or PayPal

You can also pay with a credit card from MasterCard, Visa or American Express. For credit card payments we use the services of PayPal. Once you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be redirected to secure pages of PayPal, only in this secure environment you enter your credit card information. A PayPal account is not necessary. A confirmation of your payment will normally be sent instantly.



Bank Transfer

Paying using a bank transfer is of course possible as well. After placing your order and selecting bank transfer as a payment, all payment details and instructions will be listed. Of course you will receive these instructions by email as well.

Shipping & Delivery

If all items are in stock and we have received confirmation of your payment, your order will normally be shipped within 2 working days. Payments by iDeal, Credit Card or Paypal will sent this payment confirmation instantly. Bank transfers will take between 1 - 3 days.

Your order will be delivered by TNT or DPD. If you are not home at the time of delivery, TNT will offer the order a second time on the next working day. DPD leaves a message card behind so you can arrange a new delivery date yourself.

Tracking packages online

Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with a track and trace number so you can trace your package via the website of TNT or DPD.


If despite careful planning ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you and offer you the following options:

  • wait with delivery of the order until all items are in stock.
  • replace with a similar product
  • deliver order and refund the goods not delivered.
  • cancel and refund the order.

In other words, you will never be sent an article you did not order.

Shipping costs and countries

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are
- € 1.95 for regular mailbox shipments
- € 7.95 for packages

Shipping costs to other countries within the European Union depend on the weight and destination country from:
- regular mail € 3,95
- packages € 8,95.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping cart.

Because of import restrictions we only ship to countries within the European Union.

It is possible to return products within 14 days after delivery. It is important that the product is complete, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Returned products which do not comply are not eligible for refund.

Before you send back a product, you must be in the possession of a RMA number. Request a RMA number from our customer service, stating the reason. Transportation costs and risks for returning the products are for your own account.
